  • IN THE INITIAL COMPREHENSIVE MEETING (60 MINUTES), WE WILL REVIEW THE CLIENT’S HEALTH HISTORY AND BEGIN SHAPING HIS/HER PERSONALIZED HEALTH PLAN.

    IN FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS (45-60 MINUTES), WE WILL REVIEW AND FINE-TUNE THE PLAN TO SUIT CHANGING DIETARY AND LIFESTYLE NEEDS.

    WE WILL WORK TO ACCOMMODATE LIKES, DISLIKES AND HEALTH GOALS.

    WE WILL COMPLIMENT ANY EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR OTHER THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS.

    WE WILL FOCUS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF EATING WHOLE FOODS, AND WORKING WITH PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS THAT WILL ASSIST IN ACHIEVING REALISTIC HEALTH GOALS.

    PERSONALIZED RECIPES, MEAL PLANNING IDEAS AND APPLICABLE REFERENCE MATERIAL CAN BE PROVIDED AS WELL AS SUPPLEMENTATION AND LIFESTYLE RECOMMENDATIONS.
